The DMV Specialist is responsible for processing wholesales, purchases and DMV registrations using the respective state(s)/agency(s) guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying Company policies.
Seasoned individual that is well-versed in DMV matters, required.
Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast pace environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree, desired.
Knowledge of basic mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages) and their application; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency desired.
Attention to detail; ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, e-mail and in person; and ability to use standard office equipment.
Process wholesale and purchases.
Review trade paperwork.
Accurately review and process incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Process DMV registration.
Answer guest inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a professional, guest - focused manner.
Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset guests.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Contribute to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.
Contribute to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale/guest promotion dates.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels.
$18.50 per hour (May vary based on experience)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
