The Sales Administrator is responsible for being the liaison between the Sales Managers and the Sales team.
A high school diploma or equivalent;
A minimum of 1 year in the automotive industry
Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages) and application; automotive finance; equity values and depreciation; and laws that govern retail automotive sales;
Ability to multi task, coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, Internet and in person; use standard office equipment;
Must have a valid sales driver's license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record
Organizes all lease end documents and distributes lead lists to the Marketing team.
Reports all lease terminations to Toyota Financial and handles communication regarding vehicle pick up
Write all purchase orders for various Fleet accounts.
Handles billing and collections for the Corporate Fleet Department.
Handles vendor purchases, courtesy deliveries and lemon law buy backs.
Oversees the operations of product specialists or other designated staff and ensures staff members perform their jobs efficiently and accurately
Prepares daily/month-end reports and spreadsheets for business review
Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management.
Assists in all other areas of the Sales department.
Maintains high ethical standards.
Maintains professional appearance.
$16.00 per hour (may vary based on expierence).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
