MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse

Busy skilled nursing facility in the San Gabriel Valley is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator. Are you an experienced MDS Coordinator who possesses a strong sense of honesty and integrity and is looking for a great opportunity to join a top notch team? As MDS Coordinator you will be responsible for clinical assessments leading to an accurate MDS. You will work as part of the interdisciplinary team to assure timely and accurate completion of the MDS as well as development of each resident's care plan. In addition, in this role you will serve as relief RN supervisor to cover for breaks and every other weekend.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi task and possess strong interpersonal skills including communication with other staff and managers in the facility, outside clinicians, physicians, residents and family members.
You must possess a valid California Registered Nurse. Must be able to effectively use technology, including personal computer and software applications. A minimum of 1 year nursing supervision experience and current MDS 3.0 experience. Must have strong supervisory and clinical skills with recent experience in subacute or acute care strongly preferred. Excellent benefits and pay commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time position and includes working every other weekend. Weekday hours are 11 AM to 7:
30 PM.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
