Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA required
Minimum 10 years Accounting/Finance experience, Big 4/public experience a plus, corporate controller experience strongly preferred
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated capability building, motivating and developing teams
Experience with multiple accounting/ERP systems (Netsuite, Quickbooks, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all accounting activities
Responsible for all financial statements, internal and external audits, budgets, forecasts and strategic business plans in accordance with GAAP
Prepare reports, including analysis of financial data, statements and audits
Supervise and train Accounting staff
Control and monitor all company assets including inventory and fixed assetsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
