a property management & accounting services company is seeking an Assistant to assist Chief Operating Officer to manage residential properties.

Responsibilities:
Provide Reports on Rent Collection balances that are delinquent.
Provide Occupancy Report.
Provide Maintenance report.
Keep track of Contractor's cost vs.
cost stated in contract agreement Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and upkeep of the property.
Follow up Phone calls to Contractors on construction progress.
Follow up Phone calls to Maintenance workers on repair progress.
Qualifications:
Accounting & Financial Skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Communication Skills.
Microsoft Excel Skills.
Microsoft Word Skills.
Detailed understanding of property management operations.
Travel:
Main office is in city of El Monte, California Travel as needed to satellite offices.
