We are seeking long term applicants that have strong communication skills, are able to multi-task, and provide excellent customer service.
Must be motivated enough to work without direct supervision.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and works well with co-workers as a team.
Preferred to be bilingual in English and Mandarin, as some of our patients DO NOT speak English.
Proficient to fluent is a plus in this position.
Previous optometry office or medical experience is a plus, but not necessary! We will train the right candidate.
Pre-Optometry students are encouraged to apply as this position helps you familiarize yourself with your future career! Front office duties include (but not limited to):
Exceptional customer service skills Greet patients Answer multiple phone lines Schedule appointments Authorize vision insurance Assisting patients in frame selection Discussing and offering lens options to patients Dispensing eye wear to patients Contact lens insertion and removal training Office paperwork and filing Please e-mail your resume.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
