FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER Summary Description:
Provide our guests with consistently high-quality Shakeys menu items.
Prepare products according to Shakeys standards, efficiencies, teamwork, and guest expectations.
May be deployed to Fry, Pizza, or Buffet station as a Cook, as a Food Runner, or with additional initial training, as a Beverage Attendant, Cashier or Game Room Attendant.
Summary of Essential Duties Consistently practice Shakeys Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakeys guest experience.
Consistently follow recipes and procedures to prepare and cook consistently high-quality menu items.
Complete opening/closing procedures for workstations.
Prep all items for the workstation, as necessary.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products and ingredients.
Effectively manage and eliminate waste.
Stock workstations with products and supplies when necessary.
Safely and efficiently operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
Comply with Food Safety and Sanitation requirements for personal, workstation cleanliness and food handling.
Support other workstations, as needed.
Cross-train on other workstations.
Demonstrate teamwork and respect at all times.
All other duties, as assigned.
