Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Inspect and evaluate the quality of construction materials, workmanship, and installations - Identify and document any defects or deficiencies in construction projects - Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable standards - Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address any issues or concerns - Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in various aspects of construction, including concrete finishing, plaster, construction painting, door hanging, flooring installation, masonry, hardscape, trim carpentry, and roofing - Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deficiencies in construction projects - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
