- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and faxing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment preferred - Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
