This role will be a hybrid position, combining both financial planning and analysis with accounting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
Finance Degree.
Key Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the organization, working closely with various departments to gather inputs and assumptions Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decision making Review and analyze monthly financial results, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to improve financial performance Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial statements Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes and procedures are in place Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business decisions Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 4
years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles within a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with financial systems, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.
