SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Fulgent Genetics is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to contribute to the consumer marketing efforts of the Picture Genetic brand.
The Marketing Associate position offers an exciting opportunity to impact and grow within a fast-growing company and industry.
It is ideal for anyone who has some marketing experience and is energized to work in developing, planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives and activities.
KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing programs that align with business objectives.
Support the development of marketing plans, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Drive ideation, content creation, and performance monitoring of email, event, social media, or content marketing efforts Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with best practices, current trends, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, and be detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Familiar with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
Must be driven and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must enjoy creative thinking and working in a collaborative culture.
