Compensation comes in the form of reduced rent for a bachelor apartment - This is the only form of compensation for this position which equates to roughly $20/hour.
Moller Property Management is a growing small business that manages rental units throughout the San Gabriel Valley.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized person for a live in, on-site property manager position.
All applicants must come in-person to our office located at 12010 Ramona Blvd #7, El Monte, CA 91732 to fill out an application and apply.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Cleaning property, removing trash/waste from common areas Regular property inspections Reporting maintenance issues Coordinating with handymen/vendors Showing vacant units to prospective tenants Recording and communicating tenant issues to management Collecting keys/paperwork from vacating tenants under certain circumstances Weekly recording and reporting your times worked/duties performed You will not be collecting rent in this position.
You will not be performing maintenance duties in this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
