They will assist customers on their cannabis purchasing journey; advise them on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
Sales Associates will answer customer questions and concerns, as well as ensure that they are well-informed and leave the store satisfied.
As a sales associate, you are responsible for processing customers' payments via the stores point of sales system while always ensuring compliance in all transactions.

Responsible for excellent cash handling practices Guiding guest through the purchasing experience Meeting sales goals and consistently upselling Maintaining cleanliness of the store front Participating in on all staff training Educating customers in regards to products being sold Tailoring each guest experience to ensure the needs of the customer are being met Must have a solid understanding of products and their functions Staying up to date with weekly promos Ensuring all guest are aware of all events, store promos, and loyalty rewards program Completes all side work duties during down time Creates an excellent guest experience for all guest Proficient in all Receptionist duties.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
