employees, is actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant.
This position reports directly to the Cheif Executive Officer.

Duties:
1.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and the Officers including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments.
2.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO and the Officers, with the Board members, donors, staff and visitors on matter related to programmatic initiatives.
3.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Office of CEO/ Officers and internal department; demonstrate qualities to maintain credibility, trust and support with administrative staff.
4.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO and officers, including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
5.
Keep CEO and the Officers well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
6.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents.
7.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
8.
Greets visitors and determine whether they should be given immediate access to specific staff.
9.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
10.
Prepare meeting agendas and takes minutes in a professional manner.
11.
Handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
12.
Performs additional duties or projects assigned by CEO or Officers.
Requirements:
1.
At least two years' experience in supporting executive levels, preferably in a non-profit organization.
2.
Demonstrate skills and experience in internal and external communications, partnership development and fundraising.
3.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media Web Platforms.
4.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other officer procedures and terminology.
5.
Highly organized and very detail oriented.
6.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
7.
Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer services.
8.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
