Role purpose- As part of the Maven Sales team, you will be responsible for aligning people, projects, and programs across multiple divisions to ensure flawless execution of Worldwide wholesale strategies and programs.
We are seeking a Wholesale Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in achieving our sales goals and expanding our customer base.
Job Description - As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute on sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage key accounts.
Role Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and prospect new wholesale accounts, both domestically and internationally, to expand the company's customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials to drive wholesale sales.
Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with wholesale clients to maximize profitability and maintain strong business relationships.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop strategies for increasing wholesale sales.
Provide product training and support to wholesale clients to ensure their understanding of our torch lighters and their proper usage.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery to wholesale clients.
Monitor and manage wholesale accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and resolving any payment discrepancies or issues.
Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to effectively support and advise wholesale clients.
What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a must Highly motivated, results-driven, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and coaching skills Advanced Excel skills.
