50 an hour 14 hours ago 14 hours ago 14 hours ago Guest Service Advocate We are looking for a Guest Service Advocate to make our guests feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel.
You will serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
A Guest Service Advocate's responsibilities include greeting guests as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms, and informing them about the hotel's facilities.
Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel procedures, like bookings, luggage collection, storage, and check-in/check-out processes, we'd like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable hospitality experience for our guests.
Responsibilities Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including online/phone reservations and financial transactions Inform guests of our hotel services, available rooms, rates, etc.
Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered Actively listen to guest complaints and resolve them in a timely, accurate, and professional manner Liaise with Housekeepers to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished, providing an overall comfortable guest experience Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay Other duties as assigned by management including but not limited to:
accounting, inventory management, preparing breakfast, ensuring the property is clean, walking throughout property at scheduled times and as needed, calling guests to get reviews and selling reservations Skills Work experience as a guest service advocate, receptionist, or similar role Experience with hotel reservations software is a plus Proficient in Word and Excel Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and multitasking skills Job Types:
