Responsibilities:
Handle all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.

Understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
Able to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients.
