Qualifications:
US work authorization (Required) Accounting and Office Administration experiences:
3 years plus Microsoft Excel:
1-year minimum Experience in QuickBooks accounting software (Preferred) Associate and above in Business or Accounting major (Preferred) CA Driver's License and automobile liability insurance
Responsibilities:
A/P, A/R Receiving, recording, and depositing cash, checks, and credit card payments daily.
Processing, recording, and reconciling payments.
Daily filing of documents.
Communicating with clients regarding their accounts.
Assisting the external CPA in providing support and documentation on internal processes Performing other duties as assigned by the department head.
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience in QuickBooks accounting software.
Ability to work independently with little supervision Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff.
Demonstrates attention to detail and thorough completion of work tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications.
Bilingual (English/Mandarin) abilities are desirable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client accounts.
