A person who can be courteous and patient when assisting customers.
We look for an honest candidate that is capable of multitasking, punctual (meaning don't be late), and adheres to company policies.
And most important of all is to be helpful to the customers and have no problems communicating with customers over the phone or by email.

Assist customers via Phone, Email, Live Chat 2.
Technical Support (Training will be provided) 3.
Product Returns Processing 4.
Processing Phone Order Requirements:

One year of Experience in customer service.
Previous work in an e-commerce company is PLUS 2.
High School Diploma or higher 3.
Professional phone and written communication ability.
MUST BE COMPUTER PROFICIENT (Microsoft Word and Excel) 4.
Tenacity to follow through on all tasks and assignments 5.
Must be organized and flexible 6.
Courteous, Enthusiastic, Responsible, and Punctual 7.
