We have over 200 employees and we operate five clinics in the San Gabriel Valley and one in San Diego.
The accounting clerk will work out of our El Monte administrative office.

Modern office setting Professional but friendly work setting Free lunch once a month We are seeking an Accounting Clerk-AR who is responsible for processing payments received, reconciling and posting all payments to the electronic health records system, preparing monthly reports, and other clerical functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing payments received, reconciling and posting all payments to EHR system Working closely with the Billing team in checking claim status, outstanding patient balances and troubleshooting denial claims.
Track and document all collection activities.
Prepare patient statements for balance due.
Reconcile and post all payments to EHR system.
Review and update aging report from EHR on a monthly basis Manage time to meet deadlines.
