WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
Initially, you'll be learning as much as you can about everything.
But you'll start off with 8-hour days behind a document scanner.
You will learn the basics of how a litigation file is assembled and maintained, basically a high-tech version of a file clerk.
You should be able to hit the print key and know how to drag-and-drop files into folders.
We'll train you on how to operate a high speed scanner.
Attention to detail is the most important trait we need you to already have.
ADMIN:
Answering phones and directing calls to the correct person, answering the door (mailman, UPS, FedEx deliveries) You should be quick and able to multi-task.
WHO YOU ARE:
You should have an incredible attention to detail, yet be creative and innovative.
