This position works in partnership with vendors, clients, and all levels of the organization.
The responsibilities include take-off plans, and create estimated costs for review by a senior estimator.

CONTRACT FURNITURE ESTIMATING 1.
Perform counts and take off of jobs using quickbooks.
2.
Count quotable items such as gear and fixtures and send out for multiple quotes.
Qualify quotes with bid requirements.
3.
Create quality bids, timely, proposals with the complete scope, and follow up with the customer.
4.
Cross review other estimator bids, as needed, for technical feedback and possible missed items.
PROJECT COORDINATOR 1.
Responsible for accuracy/ timeliness of quoted items and long lead items as needed 2.
Monitor delivery dates for long-lead items for potential changes 3.
Verify amounts/ quantities and issue PO's for quotables.
4.
Price and process change orders 5.
Create new job and budgets.
6.
Assist Project manager with monthly progress invoicing for ongoing jobs.
7.
Provide subcontractors with job contract 8.
Provide warranty letter to General Contractor 9.
Review and monitor job cost for potential issues.
