Responsibilities:
Providing nurse visits to home health patients.
(home visits) Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or home health.
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements:
Professional License Updated CV/Resume with Experience Driver's License Auto Insurance Active CPR or BLS Certification Health Certification or Recent Physical Examination/Fit to Work note Valid (1 year) TB/PPD Test or Valid (3 years) Chest Xray Covid Vaccine record including booster Influenza Vaccine (or Declination) MMR Hepa B Photo Reference Check (at least 2 credible referees) Got all the requirements needed?
