Responsibilities:
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints ?Data entry, follow-up and reporting Filing - both e-filing and paper Answering phones and effectively relaying messages and actions taken Originating and returning phone calls and emails to clients, providers, adjusters Client follow-up and information-gathering Maintaining detailed notes and files, ensuring accurate and understandable electronic and paper filing
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) Customer service:
1 year (Preferred) Spanish (mandatory) Previous experience in admin assistant, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work effectively with customers - compassionate demeanor Great communication skills on phone and email Strong Computer skills and ability to quickly learn new databases Computer and internet savvy including web browsers, internet search engines and social media A talent for accuracy while working on multiple projects Self-motivated A good listener with sound judgment Litigation Paralegal with Experience in Personal Injury (Can be partial remote) PAY DOE
Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to the attorneys in a fast-paced environment (propounding and responding to discovery, subpoenas, motions etc.
); Assist with preparing pre-trial and trial documents; Preparing correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, etc.
; Be organized, detail oriented, proactive and able to multi-task; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Research and investigate case files; Routine communications with clients and attorneys about case status and preparation Requirements:
1-5 years litigation experience; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program; Knowledge and understanding of California Civil Procedure and local rules; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Proficiency in case management software, e.

AbacusLaw, LexisNexis or similar; Spanish speaker is a plus but not required.
