Responsibilities:
Providing nurse visits to home health patients.
(home visits) Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Evaluate and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or home health Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Requirements:
Professional License Academic Diploma Updated CV/Resume with Experience Driver's License Auto Insurance Active BLS or CPR Certification Recent Physical Examination OR Fit-to-Work Note from Physician Valid (1 year) TB/PPD Test OR Valid (3 years) Chest Xray Covid Vaccine Card/Records (Includes Booster/s) Influenza Vaccine (or Declination) MMR Immunization Records Hepatitis B Immunization Records Professional Liability Insurance Photo (For Issuing of L&G Nursing Group ID) Reference Check (at least 2 credible referees) Got all the requirements needed?
